Technology

Air out.
Everything else stays.

Three components decide whether a vacuum bag survives a season or a decade: the valve, the film and the seal.

Inside the bag

Engineered at the level you cannot see.

  • Efficient Air Valve A one-way membrane that opens under vacuum and closes under pressure. Invented and patented nationwide in 2013, miniaturised in 2019 for travel formats. No cap to lose, no gasket to re-seat.
  • Seven-layer PA + PE film Nylon carries the strength, polyethylene carries the seal. Co-extruded in one pass so the barrier cannot delaminate — the reason a SPACUUM bag still holds vacuum after a humid summer.
  • Double-rail zip Two independent tracks with a colour-matched slider. If one rail is compromised, the bag still seals. The slider is sized so that a full sweep is enough for a correct close.
  • Fool-proof welding Seam fixtures developed by our own technical department hold burst strength constant across a production run, so the tenth bag behaves exactly like the first.
