What is the minimum order quantity?
We accept small orders — from a few hundred pieces per size for stock models. Custom sizes and printing start at 1,000 pcs per SKU. Trial orders are welcome.
Can you manufacture to our own specification?
Yes. Valve shape, bag dimensions, film thickness, slider colour and print artwork are all configurable. Send a drawing or a sample and our R&D centre will return a feasibility note within five working days.
What are typical lead times?
Stock items ship in 7–15 days. Custom production runs take 25–35 days after artwork and deposit confirmation. Repeat orders follow a shorter cycle.
Which certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001:2015 and BSCI. Materials are REACH-compliant PA + PE, and we can supply test reports for food-contact and waterproof grades on request.
